In every class, we do journaling activities, mindfulness-guided meditation, and personalized angel card readings. It is a safe space to join others and experience relaxation and healing.

What is unique about my experience with Zen For you, is that Manali listened to my needs and crafted a very specific and easy to do program that was tailored to me. - We’ll do 2 classes per week (you’re welcome to join both or just one); Tuesday evening and Thursday lunchtime classes EST time.
- Each class includes Mindfulness/ Spiritual tips, journaling activity, 30 minutes of guided meditation, angel card readings; it’s a safe space I have created for us to connect with each other at a deeper spiritual level
